My experience has been that children would rather eat their buddy Sponge Bob than dig into a plate of calamari. As my nephew Tanbo says when I invite him for some spidery chow, “Ewwww!”

Then I met a couple of squid-loving youngins that would swim with the cephalods if they could, snacking all the way.
